We act as the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We collect these only when you send them to us.

Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies. We then record which pages you visit, how long you stay and basic device and browser details, using PostHog. Nothing is sent before you choose.

Cookies: a cookie named trusync_consent records your choice about analytics for 180 days. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept.

Hosting: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the time of a visit and the address requested.

To answer your enquiry and arrange a call or demo. The basis is the consent you give when you submit the form, which the form asks for before you send it.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

Enquiries are stored in our database hosted with Supabase. A notification is sent to our team through Telegram, and to our internal automation through an n8n webhook, so that we can reply quickly. Analytics data goes to PostHog only if you accept. Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.

These providers process the data on our instructions. We share no other personal data unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply to you and to keep our business records, and delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics data is kept according to the PostHog settings we choose and is removed when you withdraw consent where we can.

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

- confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy; - correct or update it; - delete it; - withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email surendhranath@trusync.in from the address you used, or write to us at the address above. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is in operation.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Where a change is material, we will say so on this page.
